Jackie is the founder of ibRecruit. She's passionate about mentorship and has helped dozens of young women throughout their respective recruiting processes. Jackie has worked at two major investment banks in New York and has had the opportunity to work across financial services, industrials, and consumer / retail.

Most importantly, Jackie went through the recruiting process twice from a "non-core" school and understands the level of preparation needed for an internship on Wall Street.

Nikki is the Head of Learning at ibRecruit. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a B.S. and M.S. in Finance and is currently an Associate at Vista Public Strategies, the public equities team at Vista Equity Partners. Previously, she worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, where she was part of the Women’s Advisory Program as an advisor, and is excited to continue helping women prepare for careers in business and markets at ibRecruit.

Chief of Staff

Molly is Chief of Staff at ibRecruit, managing operational aspects and supporting business development to ensure sustainability of ibRecruit. As a junior at The University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Molly serves as a peer coach employed by the Career Development Office of Ross to help students with their finance recruiting process. She feels passionately about crafting a unique story for all students looking to go into investment banking to ensure their success and individuality in the process. Last summer, Molly interned at an investment bank in their Human Resources Department, working closely with the DEI and Recruiting teams, understanding first hand the need for diverse talent. She will be interning there this summer 2022 in their Investment Banking Division.

Aside from banking, Molly founded the Michigan chapter of Rem and Company, a pro-bono social impact initiative to provide consulting services for small businesses that are negatively impacted by COVID-19, prioritizing minority and female owned small businesses that experience systemic issues as well.

Head of Development

Arina is the Head of Development at ibRecruit. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance in 2023 and is currently pursuing M.S. in Finance. During her undergraduate tenure at the university, she oversaw a student investment fund and placed at multiple investing competitions. She will be joining Centerview as an Investment Banking Analyst in summer 2024.

Amal is a mentor at ibRecruit. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019 and took a gap year after college to live in southern Spain. Following her gap year, she moved to New York and joined a top tier bulge bracket bank, where she interned in her junior year of college, as an investment banking analyst in their Healthcare Coverage group. She currently works as an associate at a middle market private equity firm focused on consumer and business services investments. Amal owes a lot of her professional success to women, specifically women of color, and is excited to pay it forward.

Andie is a mentor at ibRecruit. Andie is currently a VC/growth investor at Valtruis, a WCAS Company. Previously, Andie served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Healthcare Group in New York. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she held internship positions at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and Y-Combinator-backed Alinea Invest. Andie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

In her free time, Andie loves to ski, solve the New York Times Crossword puzzles and explore New York City. Andie is excited to connect with mentees and empower them to pursue roles in which women are traditionally underrepresented.

Bryanna is a Mentor at ibRecruit because she is passionate about helping women and other underrepresented groups obtain positions on Wall Street. Bryanna currently works in NYC as a venture capital investor focused on late-stage investments across a whole host of industries. Additionally, she owns her own small business called Good Rapport, which creates modern and sustainable professional attire. Before working in venture capital, she worked as an Associate and Analyst at Lazard. Bryanna graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She has been a leader and participant with several organizations to help students obtain positions on Wall Street including her university’s Wall Street Scholars Program and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity.

Caitlin is a Mentor at ibRecruit. She graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration and Political Science. Caitlin started her career as an analyst in Equity Capital Markets covering healthcare companies at a top tier bulge bracket bank and now works as an associate in the Office of the Global Heads of Investment Banking at the same firm. Off the desk, Caitlin sits on her firm’s Global Advisory Committee where she acts as a liaison between the junior bankers and firm management. She is passionate about getting more women interested in finance and has been deeply involved in her firm’s diversity recruiting efforts.

Diana is a Mentor at ibRecruit. She is a Senior Associate at Avenue Growth Partners, where she invests in vertical B2B SaaS businesses at the Series A stage. Prior to joining Avenue, Diana was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, where she focused on Diversified Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrial Technology companies. Diana graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a BA in History and Sociology. Diana is passionate about women in finance and has worked throughout her career to mentor young women and cultivate a more supportive culture for traditionally underrepresented groups in the industry.

Emilie is an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group in New York. In her role, she executes on transactions for TMT companies, including sell-side & buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt & equity financing. Emilie is part of Bank of America’s Non-Core Recruiting Committee and the Fordham University Recruiting Team.

Emilie graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in 2019 where she received a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in International Business and minor in Economics.

Previously, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley. Emma graduated from Penn State in 2020 with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.

Emma is passionate about mentorship and helping women enter the finance field. She has been active in female recruitment at Penn State and is excited to work with students from other universities to help them navigate the investment banking recruiting process as well.

Previously, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Jefferies. She received a B.A in econ and math from Kenyon College.

Fallon is excited to be a part of a program devoted to helping women break into finance. As a woman who studied at a small liberal arts college, she understands how difficult it can be to secure a job in finance right out of college and hopes she can help more smart, driven women get the opportunity they deserve. She is excited to support the younger generations of women who are enthusiastic about finance and is passionate about creating a more inclusive and diverse culture.

Haley is a mentor at ibRecruit. Currently, Haley works as a healthcare investment banking analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York. As an analyst, Haley works on various capital raising and advisory transactions across biotechnology and healthcare services. She graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University in 2019 with a B.S. in Finance.

Haley benefited from mentors at Auburn who helped her break into an elite finance position. She is passionate about helping girls in her same position by giving them the tools and guidance to succeed.

While she has worked across a variety of sub-sectors, she spends significant time on beauty & personal care due to her passion for the space. Prior to Lazard, Lee held an internship position at Deutsche Bank in their Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure investment banking group. Lee is heading to AEA Investors this coming fall as a Private Equity associate. Lee graduated from Duke University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Minor in Political Science and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate.

Lee is passionate about the consumer & retail industry due to its emphasis on founders – especially female founders – and their personal missions and is excited to empower equally as passionate mentees looking to pursue a finance role.

Previously, Val worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Communication, Media & Entertainment group in New York. Val graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Val is an SEO AIFP Fellow and an advisory council member for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. In her free time, Val loves to workout, cook, mentor and travel.
